We do not normally have access to your credit card details however if you choose to pass those details to us (over the phone) in order to facilitate a transaction we do not store or keep the details longer than it is necessary to administer the transaction. All credit card details are shredded on disposal. Credit Card transactions are administered by worldpay, Handipay or izettle. This is why we ask for your details even though you may have given them to us a few minutes ago.

Use of Cookies:

Cookies are small files used to facilitate your use of our website. They can also help us to analyse data on the use of our website. They do not identify personal data to us. Cookies are sometimes used to improve the website experience of a visitor to a website. When collected this information is used by us to improve our website and further enhance the visitor experience. Finally, we may use your data so that you can be provided with information about unrelated goods (to your purchase) and services which we consider are likely to be of interest to you. We may contact you about these goods and services. We will never sell your data to anybody else. This applies to your private email addresses and not to publically available data.

We hold details of your purchase and contact details in our accounts software. This forms part of our tax returns and legal records and can’t be deleted as it is required by HMRC and regulatory agencies..

Information that we collect may on occasion be transferred and stored outside of the European Union by our third party software or for the purpose of supplying our goods or services to you (such as shipping agencies). Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers though these days it may be on secure third-party cloud-based servers as technology changes.
