The OB1000 is made by Boscarol in Europe and is a robust portable suction device suitable for ambulance or hospital ward suction use. It is used heavily within the NHS and private sectors.  It is used with the popular Abbott liner to ensure the best possible practices with regard to hygiene. The bracket is optional.
